Over more than two decades in software systems, frontline customer operations at Amazon Locker+, and human-centered design, I have designed and deployed distributed backends, real-time multimodal voice agents, WebGL/Three.js procedural renderers, and zero-trust security postures.
When I step away from the keyboard, I am in the Pacific Northwest backcountry photographing alpine wildflowers, tracking coastal wildlife, and cataloging a 80,000-photo archive under strict wilderness preservation ethics.
